Aesus Advisory acted as exclusive advisor to the shareholders of OCRvet (among which Newfund) in the sale of the company to Clinglobal, a leading international group specializing in animal health.

Founded 13 years ago in Lille by Dominique Tierny, OCRvet has become a European reference CRO in veterinary medicine, with operations in France, Italy, and Poland.

This transaction marks a key milestone in OCRvet’s growth, enabling the company to join Clinglobal’s global platform and accelerate its expansion and innovation capabilities in the animal health sector.

Aesus Advisory acted as exclusive advisor to Ares Group in the sale of a majority stake to the SLAM fund (Sport, Luxury, Art & Music) managed by Trail Investment Company.
